US$ 12 MILLION PROJECT TO GROW PALM AVIATION'S 30% MARKET SHARE Dubai World Central Aviation City, home to the largest maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre in the world, has signed a deal with Middle East's leading provider of on-demand aviation support, Palm Aviation, to set up the project's first fixed-base operation (FBO) ground handling facility. The US$ 12 million 80,000 square feet facility to cater to the booming flight support services industry will be built within Dubai World Central - the 140 square kilometre urban aviation project under construction at Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates. Palm Aviation, a Dubai based company, is certified to obtain global over-flight and landing permits, global fuelling and ground handling, weather forecasts, computerised flight plans and Air Traffic Control flight plans. |

| ISTITHMAR WORLD AVIATION SIGNS AGREEMENT TO SETUP CORPORATE JET OPERATIONS IN DWC AVIATION CITY Dubai World company, Istithmar World Aviation (IWA) announced today that it will invest in expanding its executive jet operations, and setting up an aircraft servicing facility in Dubai World Central Aviation City. In this connection, IWA on November 15 signed an agreement with Dubai World Central Aviation City to establish its base of operations in the heart of the world's largest airport - Dubai World Central - to serve the needs of individual and corporate aircraft owners, aircraft visiting the region and individuals, corporations and groups wishing to charter aircraft. In addition to what will be paid to DWC for leasing the land, IWA will be initially investing $50m to build and equip two Hangars on 170,000 square feet for the operations, and is already looking into increasing its holding to as many as five hangars over 439,000 square feet to cater to the growing demand for corporate jet and air charter services. |

| DWC AVIATION CITY WILL BE HOME TO LIVEWELL'S MULTI-USE MRO FACILITY The newly launched Dubai World Central Aviation City, which will be home to the largest maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre in the world, has signed a third deal at the Dubai Air Show 2007. Under the agreement, Livewel Aviation Services will invest US$ 80 million in a 23,960 square metre MRO facility within DWC Aviation City's area which will be operational by 2009. |

US$ 37 MILLION PURPOSE-BUILT FACILITY FOR DWC AVIATION CITY Dubai World Central Aviation City, which will be home to the world's largest maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre in Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates, has signed a land lease agreement with a Dubai company to set up the Middle East's first independent aviation safety training academy. Spatial Aviation Safety Training Academy (SASTA), a specialist provider of aircrew training solutions, will build the US$ 37 million (AED 136 million), 14,000 square metre facility to cater to commercial airlines, private and corporate jet operators, helicopter and light fixed wing crew. The academy will also provide customised training for airport ground staff and management. |

FACILITY TO PROVIDE CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL SUPPORT Dubai World Central Aviation City, a strategically important aviation project launched within Dubai World Central (DWC), the 140 square kilometres urban aviation, multi-phased development in Jebel Ali in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gulf Aerospace Company (GACO), an UAE based company, to build its state of the art maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility. Under the MoU signed during the Dubai Air Show 2007, the world's third largest aviation event, which runs at the Dubai Airport Expo until this Thursday, Gulf Aerospace Company will lease a 23,960 square meter (MRO) facility within DWC Aviation City's free zone area. |
